- Gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas, hsv, viral hepatitis, syphilis
- HIV testing, counseling, and connection to treatment
- Birth control initiation and maintenance
- Condoms, pill, injection, ring, patch and referrals for implant or IUD
- PreP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis) counseling, initiation, and maintenance
- Pregnancy testing and options counseling
Your Medical Providers
Our Medical Providers offer Family Planning for Teens. Hours of services will be from: 1:00pm to 5:00pm beginning June 01, 2023. You can walk in or make an appointment.
