Victoria Moon is the Director of Adolescent services at Urban Health Solutions. In her role she is committed to empowering and educating youth about their boundaries, communication, and options. She has previous experience working with housing insecure youth, child welfare, and those experiencing substance abuse.
Leah Quinn is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a focus on adolescent and sexual health care. Graduating from University of Pennsylvania, she has experience in pediatrics, adolescent, and reproductive health care from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Delaware Juvenile Detention Center system. She provides family planning services at Urban Health Solutions, Inc.
Our peer educators are an elite group of youth that work diligently to inform their peers of the value in knowledge and advocacy. Being a peer educator gives our youth the opportunity to grow professionally while engaging in a field they are passionate about.
Angelique Wilson is a Case Worker, predominantly coordinating care for our adolescents and participants of our Ryan White program. Case management includes assistance with appointments, continuity of care outreach, and connection with social services.
